Terms & Conditions

These terms explain how TheBoostSEO’s website and services work, what we deliver, and what you agree to when you work with us.

Last updated: August 23, 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the theboostseo.com website and the services provided by TheBoostSEO (“TheBoostSEO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or engaging our services, you (“you,” “the client”) agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services, and feel free to contact us with any questions before proceeding.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing our website, submitting an inquiry, or engaging TheBoostSEO for any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, along with our other policies (including our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and Refund & Cancellation Policy).

3. About Our Services

TheBoostSEO is an SEO consultant and digital marketing service provider. Our services may include:

  • SEO Services (Monthly SEO and One-Time / Per-Page SEO)
  • Technical SEO
  • On-Page SEO
  • Off-Page SEO
  • Local SEO
  • Google Business Profile Creation & Optimization
  • Website Design & Development
  • Meta Ads Management
  • SEO Content Writing
  • Keyword Research

  • SEO Consulting

The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for any engagement are agreed separately with each client and are described in more detail on our SEO Packages page or in an individual proposal/agreement.

4. SEO Services

Our SEO services (technical, on-page, off-page, local, and related work) are performed based on generally accepted SEO practices at the time of the engagement. Search engine algorithms and best practices change over time, and our recommendations and work reflect our professional judgment at the time services are delivered.

5. Website Design & Development

Website development services are scoped according to the specific package or agreement in place with each client — including number of pages, features, and functionality. Work beyond the agreed scope (such as additional pages, custom functionality, or integrations not originally included) may require an additional fee, to be agreed before that work begins.

6. Google Business Profile / Local SEO Services

Google Business Profile (GBP) creation and optimization services are carried out in line with Google’s published guidelines at the time of the work. Google Business Profile is a third-party platform owned and operated by Google, and TheBoostSEO does not control Google’s policies, verification processes, or profile approval decisions.

7. Meta Ads Services

Meta Ads management services (Facebook and Instagram advertising) are carried out using Meta’s advertising platform. Meta Ads are subject to Meta’s own advertising policies, approval processes, and auction system, which are outside of TheBoostSEO’s control. Ad account access, ad account status, and platform-level decisions (such as ad approvals, rejections, or account reviews) are determined by Meta.

8. SEO Content Writing

Content writing services are produced based on information, direction, and materials provided by the client, combined with our own research. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving content before it is published, and for confirming the accuracy of any factual claims, statistics, or business-specific information included.

9. Client Responsibilities

To deliver services effectively, clients are expected to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information relevant to the project
  • Provide necessary access to accounts, platforms, or systems where required
  • Review and respond to requests, drafts, or approvals within a reasonable time
  • Ensure that any materials, content, or information provided do not infringe on third-party rights and comply with applicable laws

Delays in providing information, access, or approvals may affect project timelines.

10. Access to Accounts and Websites

Some services require access to client accounts or systems — for example, a website’s admin panel, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, or Meta Ads Manager. Clients are responsible for granting appropriate access and for the security of their own account credentials. TheBoostSEO will take reasonable care when handling any access granted but is not responsible for issues arising from the client’s own account security practices or from actions taken by the platform provider (such as Google or Meta).

11. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may involve or depend on third-party platforms, including but not limited to Google Search, Google Business Profile, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), WordPress, hosting providers, and various SEO tools. These platforms are owned and operated by third parties, not TheBoostSEO. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, feature changes, or service interruptions caused by these third parties.

12. SEO Results and No Ranking Guarantees

SEO is a long-term, ongoing process, and results cannot be guaranteed. By engaging our SEO services, you understand and agree that:

  • No specific search engine ranking, ranking position, or ranking timeline can be guaranteed.
  • Google and other search engines regularly change their algorithms, guidelines, and ranking factors, which can affect a website’s visibility in ways outside anyone’s control.
  • SEO results depend on numerous factors, including but not limited to your website’s existing condition, industry competition, content quality, backlink profile/authority, technical setup, and ongoing algorithm changes.
  • Past results (including any case studies or examples shared by TheBoostSEO) do not guarantee similar results for your business.

13. Advertising Results and No Guaranteed ROAS

For Meta Ads management and any other advertising services, you understand and agree that:

  • No specific return on ad spend (ROAS), cost per lead, cost per click, number of conversions, or advertising outcome can be guaranteed.
  • Advertising performance depends on factors including budget, creative quality, audience targeting, your offer, landing page performance, market conditions, competition, and changes to the advertising platform itself.
  • Meta may change its advertising policies, algorithms, or auction dynamics at any time, which can affect campaign performance in ways outside our control.

14. Website Development Scope

Website development work is delivered according to the scope agreed at the start of the project (e.g., number of pages, specific features). Any request for functionality, pages, or features beyond the original agreed scope will be treated as additional work and may require an additional fee and/or revised timeline, to be discussed and agreed with the client before proceeding.

15. Content Ownership / Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, once a website, content, or deliverable has been fully paid for, ownership of that specific deliverable (such as final website files or final written content created specifically for the client) transfers to the client, excluding any third-party components, licensed assets, tools, plugins, themes, or stock materials, which remain subject to their own respective licenses. TheBoostSEO retains the right to reference completed, publicly visible work (such as a live website or published content) as part of its own portfolio, unless a client requests otherwise in writing.

16. Client-Provided Materials

Clients are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and ownership rights of any materials they provide to TheBoostSEO — including text, images, logos, business information, testimonials, or other content. Clients confirm they have the right to use and share any materials provided to us for use in their project.

17. Payments and Invoicing

Payment terms (including amounts, schedule, and accepted payment methods) are agreed with each client individually before or at the start of a project, and may be referenced in an invoice, proposal, or written agreement. Continued work on monthly or ongoing services is generally contingent on payments being made according to the agreed schedule.

18. Project Delays

Project timelines are estimates based on the agreed scope of work. Delays may occur due to factors including but not limited to late client feedback or approvals, delayed access to accounts or systems, third-party platform issues, or changes to project scope requested by the client. TheBoostSEO will communicate any significant delays as soon as reasonably possible.

19. Revisions

The number of revisions included in a project (for website development, content writing, or other deliverables) will be specified in the relevant package or agreement. Revisions beyond the agreed number, or revisions that involve a change in scope rather than a refinement of existing work, may be treated as additional work.

20. Cancellation

Either party may cancel an ongoing engagement, subject to the terms outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Clients wishing to cancel a service should contact us as soon as possible at theboostseo@gmail.com or +92 311 9932426.

21. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the specific service, work already completed, and other factors described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

22. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat any confidential business information shared during the course of the engagement (such as account access, business data, or internal strategy discussions) as confidential, and not to disclose it to unrelated third parties without consent, except where required by law.

23. Third-Party Services

Where a project involves third-party services or costs paid on the client’s behalf (such as hosting, domain registration, premium plugins/themes, or ad spend), these are subject to the respective third party’s own terms, and TheBoostSEO is not responsible for the third party’s performance, pricing changes, or service interruptions.

24. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TheBoostSEO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of rankings, loss of data, or business interruption, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

25. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TheBoostSEO harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our services, or materials/information you provided that infringe on the rights of a third party or violate applicable law.

26. Changes to Services

TheBoostSEO may update, modify, or discontinue specific services, packages, or features offered on our website at any time. Any changes affecting an active, ongoing engagement with a client will be communicated directly to that client.

27. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or for other operational reasons. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

28. Governing Law / Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws governing the business and the parties’ relationship. Where appropriate, the parties may agree in writing on the applicable jurisdiction for resolving any disputes.
