Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled across TheBoostSEO’s services, including Monthly SEO, One-Time SEO, Website Development, Google Business Profile services, Meta Ads Management, and SEO Content Writing. We aim to be fair and transparent — this policy is meant to protect both our clients and our business, not to avoid reasonable refund requests.

If you have questions about a specific situation, please contact us directly — most concerns can be resolved through direct conversation before they need to reference a formal policy.

2. Monthly SEO Services

Monthly SEO is billed on a recurring basis for ongoing work. Because SEO work (research, technical implementation, content, reporting) is performed continuously throughout each billing period, payments for a given month generally cover the work carried out during that period and are not refundable once that period’s work has been performed. Clients may cancel future months at any time by providing notice as described in Section 10.

3. One-Time SEO Services

One-time or per-page SEO services (such as individual page optimization, SEO audits, or keyword research) are billed for a defined, agreed scope of work. Once work has started or been completed on a specific deliverable, that portion is generally non-refundable, though any clearly unstarted portion of a multi-page or multi-item order may be eligible for a partial refund, assessed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Website Development Projects

Website development is typically billed in stages (such as an initial deposit followed by milestone or completion payments, depending on the agreement). Refunds for website development are assessed based on the work actually completed at the time of cancellation — completed pages, design work, or development already delivered are generally non-refundable, while payment for work not yet started may be refunded, subject to Section 8 and 9 below.

5. Google Business Profile Services

Once work has been performed on a Google Business Profile (such as profile creation, category setup, or optimization), that work is generally non-refundable, since it reflects labor and time already delivered — regardless of the profile’s subsequent performance in search results, which depends on Google’s own processes and is outside our control.

6. Meta Ads Management

Fees for TheBoostSEO’s Meta Ads management services (strategy, setup, campaign management) are separate from your actual ad spend budget, which is paid directly to Meta through your own ad account. Management fees for work already performed are generally non-refundable. Any ad spend already delivered to Meta is subject to Meta’s own policies and is not refundable by TheBoostSEO, since we do not control or hold those funds.

7. SEO Content Writing

Payment for content that has already been researched, drafted, or delivered is generally non-refundable, since it reflects completed work. If a project is cancelled before content creation has started, any advance payment for that specific, unstarted piece of content may be refunded, subject to Section 8 and 9 below.

8. Deposits / Advance Payments

Deposits or advance payments are generally used to begin work and reserve time/resources for a project. Deposits may be non-refundable once work has started, but any unused portion of a deposit corresponding to work that was never started may be assessed for a partial refund, depending on the specific circumstances.

9. Work Already Completed

Across all services, our general principle is: work that has already been completed or is actively in progress is generally non-refundable, since it reflects real time, effort, and resources already delivered. This applies whether the work is SEO implementation, website development, content writing, ad campaign setup, or GBP optimization.

10. Cancellation by the Client

Clients may cancel an ongoing service (such as Monthly SEO or Meta Ads management) at any time by notifying us in writing at theboostseo@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +92 311 9932426. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you’re considering cancellation, so we can discuss the status of current work and next steps together. Cancellation will generally take effect at the end of the current billing period or agreed project phase, unless otherwise agreed.

11. Cancellation by TheBoostSEO

TheBoostSEO reserves the right to cancel or pause a service in situations such as non-payment, a client’s failure to provide necessary access or information required to continue work, or a breach of our Terms & Conditions. In such cases, any refund (if applicable) will be assessed based on work completed up to that point.

12. Non-Refundable Work

The following are generally non-refundable, regardless of the service:

• Work that has already been completed, delivered, or is actively in progress
• Custom work that has already been started, to the extent permitted by applicable law
• Third-party costs already paid on the client’s behalf (such as ad spend, domain registration, hosting, or premium plugins/themes)
• Consultation sessions that have already taken place

13. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, we aim to process it within a reasonable timeframe using the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method used and any third-party payment processor involved.

14. Third-Party Costs

Costs paid on a client’s behalf to third parties — including but not limited to Meta ad spend, Google Ads spend, domain registration, hosting fees, or premium themes/plugins — are subject to that third party’s own refund policies, if any, and are generally not refundable by TheBoostSEO.

15. Disputed Payments

If you believe there has been a billing error or have a concern about a charge, please contact us directly first at theboostseo@gmail.com so we can review and resolve the issue. We ask clients to raise payment disputes with us directly before initiating a chargeback or dispute through a bank or payment provider, so we have a fair opportunity to address the concern.

16. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services or business practices. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
